BBButta Lovee Refund & Return Policy

At BBButta Lovee, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Initiation Period: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and personalized items, are exempt from being returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and accompanying photos or videos that support your claim.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the designated warehouse for returns.

  3. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to send the item(s) to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. BBButta Lovee is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

    • Check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

    • If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Resolution: We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

7. Invalid Return Reasons

Please note that the following reasons are not considered valid for returns:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere after purchase.

Customers are encouraged to make informed decisions before completing a purchase.
