BBButta Lovee Shipping Policy

At BBButta Lovee, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including processing times, delivery options, costs, and procedures for handling delivery issues.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (Zone 3)

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Expedited Shipping (Zone 3)

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically delivered within 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Zone 3 includes the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee.

3. International Shipping

    Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Mexico, Japan, China, Brazil, India, South Korea, New Zealand, Sweden, Belgium, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore.

  • Delivery Timeframe: International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

  • Customs Fees & Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are assessed by the local customs office. BBButta Lovee is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the provided tracking link or by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "Order History" section.

5. Shipping Address Verification

  • Accuracy of Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. BBButta Lovee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before your order is processed. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at bbbuttalovee@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. In some cases, you may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, we will notify you. You may choose to pay for reshipment. Shipping costs for returned packages are non-refundable.
